Palmdale Regional Medical Center

went for blood draw, they saw me as ATM

Palmdale, California, 93550

My nephrologist is with Cedars-Sinai, LA, 2.5 hours drive. He wanted a simple blood draw and CBC panel. They kept me in the ER cubicle from 7AM to 10PM and admitted me for a bladder infection 5 Cipro can kill. Their nephrologist countermanded everything my well knows kidney doctor in LA taught me, saving me for 10 yrs in stage 3 double renal. In the ER they took every test in the book and I had a huge bill for a simple blood draw they would not sent a copy to my nephrologist in LA. Further, the nephrologist did nothing to bring down my creatinin or bun, measurements of severity of toxins in my blood the kidneys could not clean away. I should have been steadily hydrated via IV for two or three days to get the numbers down, but having made big bucks on all my unwanted tests, he released me too early saying: "Don't go near Potassium, and avoid salt and ignore the diet your nephrologist put you on and go on a renal diet. I have not used salt on my food in 40 years, my kidneys cannot hold liquid, therefore a little salt is required to prevent kidney dehydration. The hospital costs $700,000.00 and the ER rooms are sparse of equipment. At first, the hospital wanted to transfer me to Cedars-Sinai which has my 25-year record, but I felt if I needed a hospital immediately, try out this 30 blocks from my home wacko facility.. Most of the employees are nice but when you require severe observation or Rx nice doesn;t cut it. Other medical people told me the American doctors may be good to second rate as they could not cut it in LA.. The third world doctors appear to listen, but do as they please without informing you or your chosen medical team of specialists.
