Ms. Risden “ Linda Beaver “ has a New scam on Real Estate Buyers and it called Conversion and this is how she does it....Ms Risden – Beaver takes listings from other agents and loads them on to her web site under several names from Florida Tropical Homes and Now using Florida SE Realty inc and when caller call her she Claims to be the Listing Agent and in fact she is Not, Ms Beaver – Risden takes the client name and passes it on to a Real South Florida Agent and collects a Referral Fee which cost the buyer in many..many ways.

Ms Risden aka Ms Beaver lives in Georgia and welfare of the tax payer and she owns a Florida couperation listed as Florida SE Realty inc...the company’s address is list as 6900 NW 30th Ave in Fort Lauder dale Florida and is the town home of her daughter Bridget Lynn Massey whom is serving a 10 year sentence for her part in Felony Grand Thief on Home Owners...Like Mother Like Daughter .

Ms Risden – aka Beaver is also a Realtor for Great American Realtors in Hines ville Ga 31313, I can only say...I would not want the exposure of that broker of the Great American Realtors when their facing another embezzlement issue at the hands of Linda Risden -Beaver.
