Joey Clement of RE/MAX ASSOCIATES in La Jolla took me out on a lame date where he pretended not to be a complete idiot. He lied but I was flattered that an older guy was giving me so much attention. He took me back to his place, we were making out and he kept giving me alcohol and drugs. I asked him to take me home but he refused and keep pushing things. I asked him to stop and then told him to stop but he didn’t he violated me and forced himself inside me. JOEY CLEMENT RAPED ME AND GAVE ME HERPES!!! I was devastated and when I told my mom about what happened she blamed me for going on a date with an older guy, She will not let me press charges. He didn’t know because I was using a fake ID but I am way underage. Since there is nothing else I can do I am going to try to hurt him as much as he has hurt me but I am not sure it is possible.
