Scam Alert
Kervin Moreno took my money and my house. He is not a mortgage broker. there is no Mike Royal. He lied to many families selling them the American Dream. He is a scam artist and thinks if he hires a lawyer we will get out of the BS. Beware. He does not own any property and he will take your money and spend it on drugs.
He scammed me too. He took my money and said he was buying my house. He placed his scamming secretary Kristin Beauodin- Lilienthal and Gil Lilienthal into my home. They are all in this together. They stole my appliances. Kervin was never buying my home we never closed and i had to evict them out. I live in a hotel for 6 months and he continuously told me we were buying a home and MIke Royal was paying when there is no Mike Royal. We had to move when the owners came and threw us out. I had to fight to get my property i owned back. BEWARE. he stole alot of money from me and 4 other people i know of and the police are taking their sweet time.

First of all, Kevin (not Kristin who has a great job up in New Hampshire) is writing this message. Please Kevin pay all the money you like because you will never find any criminal background for me in NY nor Florida because I have never ever in my life been arrested. I have reported you to the FDLE for harassment as well as the Attorney General. You will be receiving a summons shortly for slander and libel posting these untruths. You ruined your own reputation being dishonest and taking money from people never intending to giving them anything in return. As far as your girlfriend Serenity dying is a bunch of crap with you having to file for paternity in 2013, I heard from Greg and you paid him the 6000. You are a liar and you will eventually get what's coming to you because let me tell you something you may think the police are not filing charges but you have another thing coming and i can run your record in Lake and Hillborough Counties and show your mug shots. I think you should just go your separate way and stop attacking me because we both know what is the truth. Also, you see Cynthia employer dropped charges and she is not going to jail either. I am unsure why you would not expect me to be mad at you when you placed my son in a situation on the street and any person who is in their right mind wouldn't attack someone who knows they did someone wrong. For some strange reason you continue to attack me when i have moved on with my life. I am going to show the FDLE agent this posting as well to show that you have been doing things to me when i have just left you along over 2 years ago. Enjoy your studio in Clearwater making music and leave me alone.
As far as Kristin and Gil, I have let that go. Tensions were running high due to us both being stressed out over your scams. They did and said some things and I did the same but eventually they went their way we went ours and that was that. I have no animosity toward them and they have not bothered me since. Sorry you keep trying to use Kristin to disguise yourself and with her good job I don't think she would be happy that you are doing this.
