Colonel Thomas Collins

Contacted in late January, emails and chats until Feb 28th. Scammer was retiring colonel in Kabul and was serving with NATO. No voice chat or pictures allowed. Could not camera chat. Was observed by cameras 24/7. Was released around Feb 18th, but needed another Cohort form that was in London. Cost 7900 to ship to me and sign and send to him. I refused. Then contacted that An Army lawyer working Africa from a reputable firm in SF could get this form to him for 1600. Refused to send money, was contacted that he would do it for taxes only 550. I did send this money. Supposedly left Kabul on Feb 22nd, but had to detour thru Ghana Africa because the was the origination of this paperwork. Then contacted that he had raised about 1200 by selling stuff and needed 470 for the plane ticket home. After several days I did send this money. On Feb 28th, supposedly had a plane ticket booked but needed 300 to check out of the hotel. Begged for money via chat and then text message, Claimed he was being held for the money. Reported him to Yahoo chat, blocked him on my cell phone and reporting this here. Given an address in SF for verification but a Thomas J Collins lived there but does not anymore. House was last sold 15 yrs ago. Scammer told me his full name was Thomas Franklin Collins. Also gave me fake flight info. AA flight 1245 that was leaving Ghana at 2250 on Feb 28th local time. This flight only flies between Miami and a Caribbean island. Subject also claims his BD is 2-20-1964, born in Savannah Georgia, parents died when he was 10. Raised in Mexico south of Arizona by a grandmother, was brought back to the states and put in a military school and made a 30 year career of the army. Also appears on FB. Became a colonel at 45. Been in Afghan for 2 years before release.
