Chinabuye Limited

Bought a phablet- never arrived for $91- then this company would not return my money until they got it back but admitted it was lost. Then they attempted to extort at first $40 USD for the same product- that didn't work-so they attempt 2nd try $35 USD. I had paid for Insurance for loss or damage.
Can you imagine 2-months later after I filed a complaint with PayPal- 2 days later the phablet arrived- defective- pieces missing and all in Chinese.
Well PayPal got my money back- but I spent at least 3 trips on a wild goose chase to Post Offices- called Post Offices- wrote e-mails and squandered at least 7 hours of my time for something that doesn't work.
My time is precious- rather than apoligize and attempt to satisfy the customer- they had hoped I would wait beyond 90 days-when no recourse would be available to me. So they would have kept my money- no product for me- and your out -because you did business with an unreputable business. The FTC and FBI shoulkd warn people.
