Jonathan Bolourchi
Real Estate Thief and Scam Artist
Los Angeles, California, 90210
Jonathan Bolourchi is a scam artist. His business "California Pacific Investments and Realty" is a front for his shady business. He hires unlicensed people to cold call struggling homeowners facing foreclosure as real estate agents to manipulate them into short selling their homes. He then commits lender fraud and purchases his own short sale listings under one of his business names.
Jonathan Bolourchi has a business called “California Pacific Investments and Realty” which is just a front for him to run his scams. If you go to the website, you will see he actually changed the spelling of his first name from Jonathan to Jonathon. He also calls himself Jonathan Charles sometimes. I believe he has these names as an alias in case he gets sued or in order to make it more difficult to track him down. As if that is going to make a difference.
Jonathan Bolourchi also has businesses under Shadi Jamshidi LLC, ECU Group LLC, Lienpro, DRM Capital Group, Kirkland Renovation LLC, etc. He uses these businesses to commit lender fraud and purchase his own short sale listings. VERY ILLEGAL.
Jonathan Bolourchi runs these scams with Sam Zavosh. They promise people losing their homes “relocation expenses” and never return their calls after they purchase their home. Jonathan Bolourchi also uses cold callers for several months to obtain listings, and then never pays them the commission he promised them. He essentially uses people in every way in order to further his own self-interest. Jonathan Bolourchi is a truly disgusting person who likes to screw people over to make a dollar.
Some of Jonathan Bolourchi’s properties that he obtained through fraud include the following:
1) 4255 Montieth Dr. Los Angeles, CA 90043
2) 5504 Paseo Gilberto Yorba Linda, CA 92886
3) 696 E. Rowland Street Covina, CA 91723
4) 333 Sunkist Ave. La Puente, CA 91746
5) 316 W. South St. Anaheim, CA 92805
Everybody beware and never do business with this scam artist. He will screw you over the first change he gets.
