Chris Smith/and or other aliases

for a brief period in 2013. Chris was never a shareholder, director or involved in the
running company.

The agency agreement was terminated after a brief period as it transpired there
were no common grounds on which to continue.

We further declare that AMTC was never part of Chris Smith/and or other aliases
business arrangements.
