FedEx

FedEx had an order for my wedding invitations 3 weeks before the wedding. Then they called and said they lost my file but offered a 40 percent discount. Fine. I sent, they print. Went to pick up and the oder was shipped by mistake to an address in another state. They tracked it and would take a week to get back. WTF. To make matters worse they erased the file. How can you be so hurtful and not care.
