I am an African american woman, I contacted this agent from HOMETIME ESTATES IN Staten Island NY. I wanted to buy a home moving from Harlem. I was most interested in Annadale and this agent kept sending me listings in Mariners harbor. I was unfamiliar with this area but come to realize why she kept sending me searches in this location. This area is mostly African american people. She kept steering me to this location knowing I wanted to. move to Annadale even thou my pre qualification was more than enough to buy a home there. THIS IS AN ILLEGAL PRACTICE AS I READ ON THE REAL ESTATE WEBSITE I WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE AND THE BBB. THIS BEHAVIOR MUST STOP!!!!
