Hyder and Company

I called this place because I have lost my job and was interested in possibly obtaining low income for me and my son. The woman I spoke with was awful. She was incredibly rude and ignorant. She couldn't answer basic questions. She was really rude. My 10 year old speaks with a better vocabulary.
She got angry when I asked for basic information.She didn't know the difference between zip codes and area codes. She started to give me names of hotels so I asked if these were permanent or temporary housing. I had asked her if these were in high crime areas. She lost her mind and started to scream at me. She got verbally abusive were my son and daughter in law heard her. I asked her to be nicer and she slammed the phone on me. When I called back she called me a bit$h.
